Just write absolutely anything that comes to mind. If nothing comes to mind, just write the word “nothing” and see where that takes you. The goal here is to just get into the habit of writing.

I used to have a 4 step framework for a successful day. I would write the framework “GEMS” out in the morning and come back to it in the evening to see if I had accomplished everything. GEMS stands for Gratitude, Exercise, Meditation, and Self-Development. If I accomplished all these, it was a good day.
