Meet the Team

The people behind Click Shark’s AEO package, from strategy through to execution.

James Cox

James Cox

Project Manager

James started learning digital marketing in 2022 through Udemy while studying Psychology at university, and within months he was hooked on web design and SEO. That early curiosity turned into more than three years working as a service based and ecommerce SEO consultant, managing multiple teams and running strategies for large clients across the UK.

Today James runs Click Shark from its office, and the agency has grown alongside the work. Every strategy the team delivers has been tested against real client accounts across 30+ different industries, from local trades businesses to ecommerce retailers, and the results from that work shaped the AEO package Click Shark now offers: a structured approach built specifically to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and grow both revenue and organic traffic. James no longer runs every account himself. He has a team who execute this package day to day, which means clients get the benefit of a process refined across dozens of industries rather than one person’s guesswork.

James’s psychology background still shapes how he thinks about SEO. Search is ultimately about understanding how people search, what they trust, and what makes them click through and convert, and that’s the lens he brings to every strategy the team builds, whether it’s local SEO for a single location service business or a full AEO rollout for a growing ecommerce brand.

Through insightful articles, expert services, and free tools, James and the team want to help you grow your business the same way they’ve grown Click Shark. Take a look at the team below, and the work they do, and see whether it’s the right fit for what you’re trying to build.

Our Specialists

Every strategy Click Shark runs is executed by a specialist who lives in that discipline day to day.

Ellie Marsh

Ellie Marsh

Contracted Local SEO Specialist

Ellie leads local SEO strategy at Click Shark, specialising in Google Business Profile optimisation and local pack rankings for UK service businesses and multi-location brands. Eight years in search have taught her that local rankings are won on unglamorous fundamentals: citation consistency, review velocity, and geo-targeted content, not tricks. She’s moved trades businesses from page three to the local 3-pack in under six months, and writes from what she sees in live client accounts, not textbook theory. She is one of the specialists behind Click Shark’s AEO package, applying the same fundamentals to every local strategy the team delivers.

Tom Bracewell

Tom Bracewell

Contracted On-Page Specialist

Tom focuses on the gap between “technically optimised” and “actually ranks.” Six years auditing and rebuilding underperforming pages for WooCommerce stores and service sites has convinced him most on-page problems are structural, not keyword density. He writes about search intent matching, internal linking architecture, and why most content briefs miss the point. He is part of the specialist team executing Click Shark’s AEO package, focused on getting the on-page fundamentals right before anything else.

Aisha Rahman

Aisha Rahman

Contracted Off-Page Specialist

Aisha builds links through outreach that earns them rather than shortcuts that stop working within a year. Seven years in link building have taught her that relevance and relationships are the only two things that hold up long-term. She writes candidly about which link-building tactics still work and which ones are quietly capping client rankings. She leads the off-page side of Click Shark’s AEO package, building the authority signals the rest of the strategy depends on.

Callum Reid

Callum Reid

Contracted Technical SEO Specialist

Callum hunts down the crawl budget leaks, indexation traps, and Core Web Vitals issues content teams never see. Nine years split between agency and in-house ecommerce roles have taught him that most “SEO problems” are engineering problems wearing an SEO label. He writes about site migrations, structured data, and the technical debt that quietly caps organic growth. He handles the technical foundation of Click Shark’s AEO package, making sure nothing structural is holding a site back before the rest of the strategy goes live.
